Can there be a more internet retro site than mail.pt? This (what looks like a no-longer-in-service) email provider was my first proper email, chosen by my own will and not foisted upon me like my first hotmail account (with it’s amazing 2mb of storage! Yey!) was.

Nice and simple, me thought (and still thinks). And I like to go back there once in a very long while. And when I do, the thing that strikes me the most is the fact that it has never ever been revamped. Never. Not a single pixel. It still looks exactly the same as it did the first day I laid eyes on it. And in an ever-super-fast-changing internet world, even though no longer in service, it still comes out as a true breath of (retro, or netro) fresh air. Cool.
